Murray Resigns at Charleston Southern 

 

Jason Murray has stepped down as head coach at Charleston Southern.

 

Murray compiled a record of 82-136 in four seasons with the Buccaneers. He has the fourth-highest win total in school history.

 

Murray coached six All-Big South performers, including 2008 First Team DH Derek Smith. Murray has also had three Freshman All-Americans.

 

Charleston Southern was 18-35 this past season. The Buccaneers were 6-15 in the Big South, tied for seventh.
