Brown fired at Florida A&M

According to published reports, Florida A&M has fired baseball coach Willie Brown.

Brown faced allegations of sexual harassment by a member of the team. He has been on administrative leave since December.

Assistant coach Kevin Clethen has been running the program since December. According to USA Today, athletic director Derek Horne issued a statement saying that Clethen has not been named interim head coach.

The Rattlers were 7-45 overall and 5-19 in the MEAC in 2012, Brown’s first season as head coach at his alma mater.
