Cruz Fired at Loyola Marymount
After 12 seasons as head coach, Frank Cruz was
fired at Loyola Marymount.
The Lions were 23-32 this past season and 7-14 in
the West Coast Conference. LMU was seventh out of eight teams in
the WCC standings.
LMU won three straight WCC
titles and had three consecutive NCAA regional appearances from
1998-2000.
Cruz amassed a career record of 329-356-3 at LMU.
