Action
Many college baseball fans won’t have to wait
until February to get to see their teams in action. Many schools
are playing exhibition games this fall.
Most teams have their own Fall World Series.
Virginia is in the midst of its Orange and Blue World Series.
Ohio has its Green & White Series the final weekend in October.
But many schools are playing outside competition this autumn.
With the uniform start date initiated this past
season, programs have a smaller window to work in their 56-game
schedule. Many are playing fewer games in the spring and
electing to have fall exhibition contests.
Many have already played some games.
Massachusetts has played Vermont and Bryant. Iowa has met Iowa
Central and Iowa Western. VCU faced Richmond. Here is a list of
upcoming exhibition contests. We will add to this list as we
find out about other games.
